After completing their pick up, the DAIR Southbound heads towards Sioux Falls and points beyond.

Dakota & Iowa's Southbound train makes a pull from the quarry at Dell Rapids. Once built, this train will be just shy of 100 cars loaded with rip-rap, ballast, and other aggregate type product.

The beginning of the line for 85 cars of quartzite aggregate & rip-rap. Glad the state of South Dakota had the foresight to purchase this line out of the Milwaukee Road bankruptcy.
